Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Knowledge of real state trends and competitive landscape is a plus.
