Mandatory Requirements: • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; • Proven experience in telemarketing service management, including strategy development, campaign planning, and execution; • CIS, CSM and ServiceNow certification required; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
