Mandatory Requirements: 
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with React Native, Expo, Ruby on Rails, and Postgres;
• Strong proficiency in Javascript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies;
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban;
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web sockets, and microservices architecture;
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and other version control tools.
