Mandatory Requirements: • Advanced/Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written). • Proven experience as a technical support analyst, providing Level 2 helpdesk support. • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques. • Proficiency in supporting Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. • Experience with providing technical support for REVIT software, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. • Familiarity with Zoom conferencing software and supporting its functionality across various devices and platforms.
